The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies is seeking a York based Brokerage Support Specialist to work directly with the IRE Brokerage Team.

The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) is comprised of real estate centric entities focused on the self storage industry. The various companies provide brokerage services, feasibility studies, property management, development and construction services, general self storage consulting and insurance products. The Environment:
IREGC currently employs 44 people overall with 13 of those in the home office. We have converted an old stone grist mill built in 1831 and the adjoining miller’s house into our offices. The Role:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Brokerage, we are seeking a Brokerage Support Specialist who will:
• Be organized and love taking care of people
• Work thoroughly and independently, getting things done in a professional manner with little assistance from the Vice President of Brokerage unless events demand it
• Be the positive first impression for the firm’s customers, clients and friends
• Be extremely pro-active in supporting the brokerage team
• Be open and embracing as new ideas and projects arise
• Be a lateral thinker and problem solver
• Possess a positive “can do” attitude no matter what the situation
The Brokerage Support Specialist position will support the Brokerage Team as follows:
• Manage trade show registration and industry membership for multiple team members
• Handle general correspondence (email, phone calls, online meetings) as independently as possible
• Manage multi-state real estate licensing for our brokerage team.
• Assisting with the development of real estate marketing packages using InDesign
• CRM database management
• Working with appraisers and other brokerage firms to produce sales comparables
• Handle general administration including financial and legal activities.
• Manage self storage listings and buyer registration on the IRE website
• Support the brokerage team with market analysis projects
• Development of press releases and marketing campaign initiatives to promote brokerage services

Experience:
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of high level experience in this type of role with glowing personal
references. Real estate experience is a plus but not required. And of course, a pleasant and engaging personality is a
must.
