Storage Station on James Street in Toms River is located within one block of Routes 37 and 166 and the Garden State Freeway. The facility is located on 3 acres of commercially zoned land and opened in 1982. The property consists of two buildings and offers on on-site rental office as well as U-Haul rentals. There is also a single family residence on the property which is currently rented. Amenities include asphalt driveways, exterior lighting, a camera system and remote control operated automatic gates. There is also additional land for potential expansion.
Storage Station on Flint Road in South Toms River is located between Route 166 and Main Street. The facility is located on almost 1.5 acres of commercially zoned land and opened in 1982. The property consists of six buildings and is operated out of the James Street rental office. Site improvements include asphalt driveways, exterior lighting, a camera system and keypad operated automatic gates.
