Transfer, PA Storage Facility Closes with 90% Occupancy Rate
|Investment Real Estate, LLC announces the sale of Stor Yor Stuf to a private buyer. The sale consisted of 10 metal buildings that total 32,900 SF on North Hermitage Road in Transfer, Pennsylvania. The facility is positioned on a highly trafficked road that connects the town of Transfer and city of Hermitage. Stor Yor Stuf is located in Mercer County and serves a population of more than 36,000 people within a 7-mile radius of the property.
