Michelle plays an integral role in daily office operations for the IREGC. She is responsible for general office support for the IREGC which includes correspondence to vendors, clients and customers, meeting planning, travel arrangements, event preparations, greeting guests, operational tasks, executive support and other tasks for the executive team. She also manages special projects and provides personal assistant support to John Gilliland, President & CEO, which includes coordination of business and personal events, and support with charitable activities, among many others.
Michelle graduated with honors from Lincoln Technical Institute in Columbia, MD in 2002, from the IT Program. She began her career as an IT Student Assistant at Lincoln Technical Institute and advanced to become the Admissions Student Advisor, and then an Admissions Representative. She moved on to work at Hill Management Services in Timonium, MD in 2005 as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, working on a portfolio including residential apartment communities, commercial and self storage properties. She received her Certified Self Storage Manager (CSSM) Designation in 2010. She advanced to become an Asset Manager/Senior Property Manager in 2011, where she gained a vast array of knowledge in asset management and was responsible for every aspect of operating 1.1 million square feet of commercial property within her portfolio. She became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate in 2015.

ABOUT MICHELLE APOSTOLOV
Michelle moved to Pennsylvania six years ago from Maryland. She currently resides in New Freedom, PA, with her husband, Kiril and two daughters, Sophia and Chloe, as well as their dogs, a German Shepherd named Duchess, and a French Bulldog named Duke. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, and volunteering at her children’s school, coaching in their soccer league and the “Girls on the Run” team, as well as outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, swimming and fly fishing.
