IRE Hires Quint Seidel as Financial Analyst

Locally owned and operated Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the hiring of Quint Seidel as Financial Analyst.
Quint joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in October 2021 as part of the Accounting team. He brings over four years of experience as a financial and business analyst. Prior to joining IREGC, Quint worked in the energy industry for the largest natural gas supplier in Florida. He graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics. He is currently enrolled in a Master of Science program in Analytics.
Quint is responsible for assisting the brokerage team by providing financial analyses and valuations on self-storage properties; preparing documents for Real Estate Offering Packages; compiling and summarizing market research reports and data; analyzing property operations; helping prepare operational budgets and forecasts; assisting in the execution of reporting and data management strategies; assisting in the preparation and creation of investment committee memoranda; assisting in the preparation and review of transactional documents; and preparing property tax forecasts.
When asked about Quint joining the company, Jessica Lacklin, Controller, states, “Quint is an amazing addition to our accounting team! He prides himself on using new techniques and teaching others how to incorporate those techniques into their daily tasks. He stays calm during intense situations and is a great light to our team”.
About Quint Seidel:
Quint was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA. He moved to Tampa, FL in 2016 to continue his education. After living and working in Tampa for four years, Quint moved back to Central PA. Currently, he lives in Camp Hill, PA. He enjoys playing golf, hiking and scuba diving. Quint is a big supporter of WVU sports and enjoys traveling to see their games!
