IREGC Names Sven Ericson as District Manager
YORK, Pa. — Oct. 15, 2025 — Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the hiring of Sven Ericson as the company’s new district manager. With over 20 years of experience in multi-unit management and operations leadership within the self storage industry, Ericson brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving financial results and delivering exceptional customer service.
As district manager, Ericson will be responsible for overseeing multiple self storage properties, leading teams of managers to ensure operational excellence, financial performance and consistent customer experience. He will also collaborate closely with IREGC’s leadership team and support departments to advance the company’s growth goals and uphold its core values.

Before joining IREGC, Ericson held senior leadership roles at Self Storage Plus, where he oversaw major operational and financial initiatives, and at CubeSmart Self Storage, where he managed multi-state portfolios and supported growth through innovation and disciplined execution. He is recognized as a results-driven leader who empowers teams, supports collaboration, and fosters a culture of accountability and success.
