Brian Davison

Brian Davison joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in January 2022 as the vice president of the brokerage company.  In this role, Brian is responsible for leading the IREGC brokerage team, which assists clients with buying and selling self storage properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions.

Prior to the IREGC, he was a commercial realtor at High Associates, one of Central Pennsylvania’s premier real estate owners, developers, and brokerage firms for nearly 10 years.  He focused primarily on the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties and helped to drive occupancy levels to the highest in company history.  During this time, Brian was able to earn his Pennsylvania Broker’s License, his Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Brian worked with Ryan Homes as a new home sales representative and with Keystone Custom Homes as a regional sales manager.  At Keystone he led the new home advisors and was involved with over 1,5000 transactions during the best and worst of the housing cycle.

Mr. Davison holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Millersville University and was a high school educator in the Baltimore area for seven years.  While teaching, he was a varsity football coach and head varsity wrestling coach.  He also earned a master’s degree in educational leadership while serving as an educator.

Currently, Mr. Davison serves on the Philadelphia Chapter of SIOR Board of Directors, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR) and the Lancaster County Hourglass organization.  He is a former president and board member of the LCAR Commercial and Industrial Realtor’s Council.  He also served on the board and as the president of Lancaster Early Education Center, a kindergarten for low-income families.

He is an associate real estate broker, a member of the National, Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Association of Realtors.

He and his wife Melissa have four children and currently live in Lancaster, PA.  In his free time he enjoys hunting, sailing, traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
