Brian Davison

Brian Davison joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in January 2022 as the vice president of brokerage.  In this role, Brian is responsible for leading the IRE Brokerage Firm, which guides clients through the process of buying and selling self storage properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Brian worked with Ryan Homes as a new home sales representative and with Keystone Custom Homes as a regional sales manager.  At Keystone he led the new home advisors and was involved with over 1,500 transactions during the best and worst of the housing cycle.

Prior to joining IRE, Brian was a commercial realtor at High Associates, one of the leading real estate owners, developers, and brokerage firms in Central Pennsylvania, for nearly 10 years.  He focused primarily on the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties and helped to drive occupancy to the highest levels in company history.  During this time, Brian was able to earn his Pennsylvania Broker’s License, his Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) and his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.

Brian holds a bachelor’s in education from Millersville University and worked as a high school educator in the Baltimore area for seven years.  While teaching, he was a varsity football coach and head varsity wrestling coach.  He also earned a master’s in educational leadership while serving as an educator.

Currently, Brian serves on the Philadelphia chapter of the SIOR Board of Directors, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR) and the Lancaster County Hourglass organization.  He is a former president and board member of the LCAR Commercial and Industrial Realtor’s Council.  He also served on the board and as the president of Lancaster Early Education Center.

He is an associate real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Lancaster County Association of Realtors.

He and his wife Melissa have four children and live in Lancaster, PA.  In his free time he enjoys hunting, sailing, traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
