Erik Peckmann joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies in January 2020 as a Financial Analyst and was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst in March 2022, and then to Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in January 2023.
He supports the operations team by conducting detailed underwriting of transactions for investors, owners, and lenders, as well as regular performance reporting for the portfolio stores managed by Investment Real Estate Management. This includes development planning, determination of growth projections, seven-year proforma forecasting, expense modeling, and return calculations. Additionally, he prepares investment memoranda, assists with the closings of new acquisitions, provides ad hoc financial planning and analysis, and provides nuanced predictions and analytics.
Prior to joining the IREGC, he graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware. Erik majored in finance, was in the Honors program, and made it on the Dean’s List. During his college years, he worked as a Media Relations Assistant in the Athletic Department for the university, and was a Tax Preparer Intern with a community development organization.
Erik was born and raised in York, PA and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
