Lindsay joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in August 2022 as the talent acquisition manager. She reports directly to the COO/CFO Chris Riley.
Lindsay is charged with facilitating the hiring and onboarding process. Her daily duties include meeting with leadership to understand their immediate, long-term and passive needs; recommending and reporting on recruitment metrics and goals, and representing the company at job fairs, interview days and both career and on-campus events.
Before coming to IRE, Lindsay worked in the recruiting industry for over seven years, sourcing and hiring top talent for several diverse industries. She most recently worked as a talent acquisition partner for United Natural Foods Inc. in York, where she tracked staffing levels of a 682,000 sq ft distribution center. Lindsay also studied real estate through PDH Academy.
Lindsay grew up in rural East Berlin, PA. In her free time, she enjoys jet skiing, spending time with her nieces and nephews and adventuring with her dogs.
