Christopher A. Corr joined Investment Real Estate, LLC in July 2026 as its senior vice president of investments. In his role, Mr. Corr leverages more than 25 years of executive-level investment expertise to lead the company’s fundraising efforts, property acquisitions and investment strategies.
Over the course of his influential career, Mr. Corr has led the acquisition, disposition and operation of more than $15 billion in assets across multiple structures, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), private funds and institutional joint ventures. His sector-specific knowledge spans self storage, industrial, office, multifamily and retail properties across major U.S. markets.
Prior to joining IRE, Mr. Corr founded The Storage Investment Group, LLC, where he served as CEO and managing principal. There, he successfully raised over $55 million in LP equity and scaled a national self storage portfolio valued at $150 million. Earlier in his career, he held senior management and project leadership positions at three of the nation’s largest public REITs. As the director of acquisitions and development for CubeSmart, Mr. Corr completed more than $100 million in transactions nationwide and was directly responsible for the full lifecycle of property developments. His previous leadership roles at Brandywine Realty Trust and Liberty Property Trust underscore his expertise in managing complex entitlement approvals and multimillion-dollar regional portfolios.
Throughout his career, Mr. Corr has built strong relationships with institutional equity sources, national banks, family offices and developers. He is a Certified Green Building Practitioner and formerly served on the board of the Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance, supporting sustainable, community-aligned regional development. A Pennsylvania native, Mr. Corr earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Villanova University, where he was also a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Go Wildcats!
