Locally owned and operated Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the hiring of Maria Isennock as Accounts Payable Specialist.
Maria is an integral role on the accounting team. From assisting in preparation of monthly cash flow analysis, to calculating monthly management fees charged to properties, Maria supports the team with their needs. Maria works to improve processes in the assigned accounting functions. Her attention to detail allows her to successfully calculate allocations of expenses among properties and corporate entities, including maintenance, marketing, management fees and credit card expenses, and create associated billings in the various entities.

About Maria Isennock:
Maria has over 20 years’ experience in various corporate industries. She was the Accounts Payable Administrator for a paving company in Timonium, MD for over 8 years. Her background includes: processing Canadian Accounts Payable, managing the transition of operational support services for a company as the result of a sell-off, an Administrative Coordinator/Office Manager, and a Pricing Analyst.
She and her husband enjoy spending time together, on their boat, along with their “girls” who enjoy their daily jaunts from swimming to hiking or just plain running.
