- Moove In Self Storage
Our corporate brand boasts 80 self storage facilities which are easily recognizable by the cow themed branding and marketing. Our prototype feature offices with gambrel roofs, steel sheeting for the counters, barn lights, and lots of cow spots in everything we do.
- Acquisitions
Our acquisitions team is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, performing due diligence on, and negotiating the purchase of properties for the Moove In Self Storage portfolio.
- Construction
Our construction team works to complete necessary applications, follows specific municipal requirements, works with a variety of communities for approvals, finds and interviews architects, engineers, and contractors; tackles budgets, and keeps all of our Capex renovations and ground-up projects on schedule.
