Investment Real Estate Group of Companies Hires Virginia Thress as Human Resources Manager
YORK, Pa. (Oct. 5, 2023) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced Virginia “Ginny” Thress as the company’s new human resources manager.
Thress earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Alvernia University. She began her career in human resources working as an HR coordinator for a wide variety of companies. Thress teaches at her alma mater as an adjunct professor. She is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

In her role, Thress will manage compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and the effective management of the company’s benefits program, as well as the accurate and timely payment of employees. Thress will report to Nancy Delach, vice president of human resources.
