Investment Real Estate, LLC Announces the Sale of Slippery Rock Land and Plans

York, PA – September 15, 2022 – Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the sale of Slippery Rock Land and Plans in Slippery Rock, PA to a private buyer on all cash terms.

The proposed facility sits on Route 173 with 600 feet of road frontage and is just minutes away from Slippery Rock University as well as apartment complexes, student housing and single-family homes.

This parcel is a total of 10.6 acres but the facility itself will only span 2.6 acres. The remaining 10 acres are zoned commercial, presenting the buyer with the opportunity to sell or develop. Slippery Rock is a fully approved self storage project, giving the buyer the ability to obtain building permits post closing. The facility itself is slated to consist of 220 storage units within 24,000 rentable square feet.
