Investment Real Estate, LLC Promotes Liz Kirchner to Human Resources Generalist

YORK, Pa. (Jan. 11, 2024) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the promotion of Liz Kirchner to the role of human resources generalist.

Kirchner joined IREGC in 2020 as a property manager for Moove In Self Storage and then transitioned into the role of human resources coordinator in 2023.

“Liz’s journey with our organization has been amazing,” said Nancy Delach, vice president of human of resources. “In May, she transitioned to the human resources department as our human resources coordinator. During her time with our company, Liz has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence and has quickly become an integral part of our team.”

In her new role, Kirchner will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of all human resources policies and procedures for the company.

“I’m looking forward to continuing my professional journey with IREGC,” said Kirchner. “My journey with the company has been fun and full of challenges, and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and grow from the entire IREGC team.”
