York, PA – May 25, 2022 – Investment Real Estate, LLC announces the sale of Woodbury Storage, located on Old Farm Town Road in Woodbury, CT to a private buyer. This property boasts 24,000 rentable square feet of self storage, with 204 temperature-controlled units, 69 non-temperature-controlled units and an office with an on-site property manager. Outdoor storage for RVs and boats is also available.

Woodbury Storage has been in operation since 2002. It features two drive-in bays, a keyless push pad system that uses a unique tenant ID, and security and alarm system, and an elevator for access to the second floor. Woodbury offers dollies, hand carts and hand trucks at no cost, as well as moving supplies and boxes.
