Another Great PASSA Show

We had the opportunity to attend the latest PASSA Self Storage Facility Owners Meeting & Luncheon that was held at the Sands Hotel in Bethlehem, PA on May 17th.

The day included a talk by Investment Real Estate Vice President, John Barry. JB’s talk included insights on the current self-storage real estate climate, discussion on the latest REITs developments, and an overview of current transactions. The event also included a talk by Anne Ballard. Anne Ballard is Founder and President of Universal Management Company, as well as a Board member of the GASSA, and past Board member of the SSA. She is also a Senior Faculty member for the SSA’s Certified Self Storage Manager program. Universal manages over forty Self Storage facilities in Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama, California, Florida and Oklahoma. Anne provided great tips on training, marketing, and sales.
