IRE Hires Kate Scheib as Director of Marketing

Locally owned and operated Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the hiring of Kate Scheib as Director of Marketing.
Kate Scheib joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in September 2020 as the Director of Digital Marketing. Kate oversees all marketing efforts and strategic planning to achieve company-wide goals for IREGC as well as Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE), Investment Real Estate Management, LLC (IREM), Investment Real Estate Construction, LLC (IREC) and Moove In Self Storage (MISS). She is responsible for driving growth and marketing assets to assist in driving the sales of individual self-storage units.
Kate brings more than 10 years of digital marketing experience from a range of businesses, including B2B, B2C, Ecommerce, and multi-location businesses. She has served in various digital marketing roles before, including analytics, strategist, and manager. With a background in agency work, she handles a range of duties including SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, Conversion Rate Optimization, Web Design and more. Her previous client facing positions help her to be flexible, tactical, and organized while juggling multiple projects.

She is a PA native, having grown up in Dauphin County. Kate holds a degree in Communications with a study focus of Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. We Are! She currently lives in Lancaster County, PA with her beau, Logan and their 3 pets, a rescue dog, Lyric, and two rescue cats, Joni and Dawes. Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an avid concert goer. When not seeing a band, you can find Kate and boyfriend out in downtown Lancaster being foodies at favorite local spots.
