Orla Allison

Orla Allison joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) as director of human resources in March 2025. In this role, she oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and compliance initiatives. She also plays a key role in advancing IREGC’s diversity, equity and inclusion programs, ensuring a workplace where employees can thrive.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Ms. Allison brings extensive expertise in strategic leadership, talent acquisition and employee relations. Before joining IREGC, she served as the director of HR Americas at OpSec Security LLC, where she led HR functions across the Americas and the Dominican Republic, including mergers and acquisitions, compensation, benefits and organizational design.

Ms. Allison’s proven track record in fostering high-performance cultures and aligning HR strategies with business goals makes her a valuable asset to the IREGC team. Her expertise spans benefits and compensation management, employee engagement, HR analytics, payroll administration, performance appraisal, recruitment and talent acquisition.
