Peter Wisniewski

Like many of his teammates, Pete Wisniewski was born to be an entrepreneur. Today, he’s putting over a decade of high-stakes experience in finance, accounting, entrepreneurship and relationship-building to work for IREGC.

Mr. Wisniewski’s philosophy has always emphasized building positive relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes. He joined the IREGC team in February 2025 after a highly successful tenure at a private equity firm, where he worked with more than 20 different entities in a variety of financial, operational and management roles.

Previously, he managed a large-scale, multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio and was responsible for optimizing its efficiency by instituting procedures that brought greater clarity to the company and establishing strong industry partnerships.

Mr. Wisniewski began his professional career by actually launching two businesses: working at an accounting firm in Lancaster while also co-founding a real estate company. At the real estate company, he oversaw accounting, finance and operations of the business for a large number of rental properties for students attending York College.

Mr. Wisniewski’s entrepreneurial spirit first grew in college, where he had to come up with a way to pay for his education. Working evenings and summers, he started a highly successful landscaping business that allowed him to earn a bachelor’s degree and then a master’s in business administration with a concentration in strategic leadership.

When not working, Mr. Wisniewski enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and reading.
