Tom Kilko Jr., P.E.

Tom Kilko joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in August 2023, as the director of development and construction. He is a licensed professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, public works management, and engineering and design. Prior to joining IREGC, Mr. Kilko was a senior-level project manager at several construction companies and a project engineer for consulting engineering firms throughout Central Pennsylvania. He also served as the public works director for Silver Springs Township.

Mr. Kilko earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Drexel University and is a licensed PE civil engineer in Pennsylvania.

Born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, he spends much of his free time with his two children at their many activities.
