YORK, Pa. — Jan. 31, 2025 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) is pleased to announce the upcoming Norwich Self Storage facility, located at 210 Salem Turnpike in Norwich, Connecticut. This brand-new, three-story construction will provide 63,505 square feet of rentable space across 646 fully climate-controlled units, offering a state-of-the-art storage solution for the Norwich community.
The facility has been designed with convenience and accessibility in mind. All floors feature ground-level access, supported by two elevators to ensure easy movement throughout the building. True to IREGC’s commitment to maintaining secure and clean environments, the Salem Turnpike location will not offer outdoor storage or drive-up units, prioritizing safety and superior customer experience.

The project is being constructed by Mariottini Construction, Inc., with design by SAArchitects, and reflects IREGC’s ongoing commitment to developing innovative and high-quality storage facilities that serve the needs of local communities.
