The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies Appoints Amanda Leland as Senior Human Resources Payroll Generalist
YORK, Pa. — Jan. 20, 2026 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) has appointed Amanda Leland as senior human resources payroll generalist. In this role, Leland will manage multi-state payroll operations and support recruiting and human resource initiatives across IREGC’s growing portfolio.

Leland brings more than 10 years of experience in payroll and human resources, supporting employees across complex pay structures. Most recently, she served as a senior payroll specialist, where she managed payroll operations and resolved employee pay concerns among multiple groups. Her background also includes developing training and documentation to improve payroll efficiency, as well as supporting recruitment, employee relations and day-to-day HR administration.

In her role at IREGC, Leland will focus on maintaining accurate and efficient payroll operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, and assisting with the development and administration of HR policies and procedures to support employees across the organization.
