Investment Real Estate Announces New Shiloh, PA Self Storage Facility
YORK, Pa. — Feb. 11, 2025 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) is proud to announce the upcoming Shiloh Self Storage facility, located at 3025 Carlisle Road in Dover, Pennsylvania. Currently under construction, the state-of-the-art facility will feature 610 fully climate-controlled units across 70,775 square feet of rentable space. Designed with customer convenience in mind, the two-story addition includes elevator access to the second floor and 31 drive-up climate-controlled units for easy loading and unloading.
Shiloh Self Storage is designed to provide a secure and clean environment for all storage needs, with no outdoor storage available on-site. Constructed by Storage Construction and designed by SAArchitects, the facility exemplifies modern storage innovation and accessibility, making it a valuable addition to the growing Dover community.
