Investment Real Estate Group of Companies CEO John Gilliland Addresses Self Storage Association Conference

YORK, Pa. — April. 4, 2024 — Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) CEO John Gilliland was proud to participate in a discussion panel at the recent Self Storage Association Spring Conference. The conference, held at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, featured insightful discussions with industry leaders.

The “Politics 2024 Insight with the Beltway Governors” discussion featured the 67th governor of Maryland, Larry Hogan, and the 72nd governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe. The discussion led by Gilliland brought together perspectives on economic initiatives, “greed flation,” taxing issues, and building business-forward communities.

“Participating in this presentation at the Self Storage Association Spring Conference was an honoring opportunity to discuss issues facing our industry and gain insight from political leaders,” said Gilliland. “I am grateful for ideas shared that we can use to guide our industry forward.”
