Investment Real Estate, LLC Promotes Josh Grove to Finance Manager

YORK, Pa. (Oct. 15, 2024) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the promotion of Josh Grove to the role of finance manager. Grove, who joined IREGC in March as a senior staff accountant, has quickly made a significant impact on the team, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

In his new role, Grove will expand his support across various departments with a primary focus on debt placement and investor relations. His responsibilities will include negotiating terms and preparing reports for both investors and lenders.

Before joining IREGC, Grove was known for his exceptional skills in handling fixed asset reporting and acquisition closings. His collaborative spirit and willingness to step in wherever needed, including taking on payroll processes as a backup for the human resources team, have earned him widespread recognition within the organization.
