Investment Real Estate, LLC Promotes Morgan to Acquisitions Manager

York, PA- February 21, 2023– The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) has announced the promotion of Lisa Morgan to acquisitions manager.

As part of the asset management team, Lisa will report to the vice president of asset management.

Lisa will oversee the acquisitions process by traveling to sites as part of the due diligence process, onboarding and setting up vendor accounts, entering detailed records of customer interactions, confirming technology, vendors, and people are operating as needed, and continuously refining the acquisitions checklist to improve processes.

Lisa joined IREGC as the brokerage administrative assistant in March 2022 and became a part of the recently created asset management team upon the retirement of the brokerage division in February 2023. Before joining IREGC, Lisa worked as both an administrative and an executive assistant for more than nine years.
