Investment Real Estate, LLC Promotes Tom Kilko Jr. to Director of Development & Construction
YORK, Pa. (Dec. 1, 2023) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the promotion of Tom Kilko Jr., P.E. to director of development & construction.
Kilko joined IREGC earlier this year as a development and construction manager.
“From the first day Tom started with IRE, he’s shown an eagerness to grow,” said Chris Riley Sr., president and COO. “His experience, leadership, demeanor, and out of the box thinking has allowed him to excel in a short amount of time.”
In his new role, Kilko will be entrusted with overseeing all of IRE’s development and construction projects from inception to completion.
“I’m looking forward to moving into this new role and tackling the challenges that come with it,” said Kilko. “The industry is constantly evolving and I’m excited to be a part of it with the team at IRE.”
