IRE Hires Kyle Eichelberger as Staff Accountant

Locally owned and operated Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the hiring of Kyle Eichelberger as Staff Accountant.

Kyle is an integral role on the Accounting team. From assisting in preparation of monthly cash flow analysis, to calculating monthly management fees charged to properties,  Kyle supports the team with their needs. Kyle works to improve processes in the assigned accounting functions. His attention to detail allows him to successfully calculate allocations of expenses among properties and corporate entities, including maintenance, marketing, management fees and credit card expenses, and create associated billings in the various entities.

When asked about Kyle joining the company, Jessica Lacklin, Controller, states, “I’m grateful to have Kyle join our team.  He has applied what he learned from working in the hospitality industry to self storage seamlessly.  In the short time he has been with us he has helped us meet deadlines more efficiently and has brought a fresh perspective to our department.  He is willing to help out in any way that he can and always has a positive attitude.

ABOUT Kyle Eichelberger

Kyle received a Bachelor’s degree from WVU with a major in Accounting. After graduation, he moved back to Spring Grove PA where he worked for Aquaphoenix Scientific as a payroll specialist. Kyle later moved to Hershey, PA to work for HHM, a hospitality management company based in Harrisburg PA. After two years with HHM, Kyle made the switch, joining the IRE team.

Kyle was born in Cockeysville MD, and raised in Spring Grove PA. He currently live in Hershey, PA. While not at IRE, Kyle spends his free time with friends and family, in the gym, and following sports.
