IRE Promotes Tiffany O’Neill to Transaction Coordinator

Locally owned and operated Investment Real Estate, LLC (IRE) announces the promotion of Tiffany O’Neill, from Executive Assistant to her new role as Transactions Coordinator.

Tiffany O’Neill has been the Executive Assistant for the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) since December of 2019. Because of her hard work, dedication, and superb attitude she has excelled at every roll she takes on.

With her new role, Tiffany, compiles, manages and analyzes due diligence in preparation of real estate closings. Facilitates communication between the title company and attorneys for real estate closings. Interacts with vendors to ensure delivery of third-party reports and prepares summaries of results. Tiffany drafts and files forms associated with borrowing and doing business for various entities. She supports our Acquisitions team and is a huge asset to them!

About Tiffany O’Neill:

Tiffany was originally hired as a temporary assistant for IREGC, but within weeks was offered a full-time position to join the team permanently. Prior to joining the IREGC, Tiffany most recently held a dual role as a studio assistant and yarn preparation and dyeing for Primrose Yarn Company; and was also previously a unit secretary and nursing assistant for the NICU department at WellSpan, York Hospital. In these positions she gained a wealth of customer service and administrative experience, which has proved invaluable to the companies and the entire team since day one.

Tiffany was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. She currently resides in Etters, PA, with her boyfriend, Josh, and their 4 beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, and has competed in several Savage Races. She is also a big Dallas Cowboys fan, and every Sunday, you can catch her wearing blue and silver! Tiffany has a love for the outdoors and enjoys activities such as hiking, trips to the park with her kids and finding new adventures.

She is a member of the national Self Storage Association (SSA) and Pennsylvania Self Storage Association (PASSA).
