IREGC Announces Brandy Wortham as Payroll/Human Resources Generalist

YORK, Pa. — July 15, 2025 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) welcomes the addition of Brandy Wortham as the company’s new payroll/human resources generalist, effective July 14. In this role, Wortham will oversee a range of responsibilities including managing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, supporting the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, and serving as a resource for all IREGC employees.

“Bringing Brandy onto our team marks an exciting step forward for IREGC,” said Orla Allison, IREGC’s director of human resources. “With her specialized expertise in payroll, she’ll not only relieve workload pressures for our current team, but also help streamline and modernize our payroll systems. This is an essential move as we prepare for continued growth in the year ahead.”

Wortham brings a well-rounded background in human resources, as well as communications and operations. She also brings proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, policy development and leadership.

Most recently, Wortham served as an HR officer and deputy director for the Springfield Hospital Center in Maryland, where she managed and advised on HR matters across all levels of staff. Prior to that, she was a human resources generalist for the Florida Department of Military Affairs.
