IREGC Announces Ti’kerra Smith as New Staff Accountant

YORK, Pa. — July 22, 2025 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) welcomes the addition of Ti’Kerra Smith as the company’s newest staff accountant. Reporting directly to the senior staff accountant, she will be responsible for maintaining the company’s financial procedures and confirming its financial compliance through preparation of reports and financial statements.

“Ti’Kerra brings a great skill set and will be a valuable asset as we work to move IREGC forward,” said Angie Pichardo, IREGC senior staff accountant. “Her experience will help us enhance our accounting processes and support key projects that align with our goals. I’m excited to see her collaborate with the team and help drive meaningful progress for IREGC.”

Smith brings previous accounting experience from companies such as Hersha Hospitality Management and J. Walter Miller Co. Additionally, she has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, and she is currently pursuing an MBA in management information systems from Shippensburg University.

“I am looking forward to learning and gaining experience in reconciliations, reporting and building business relationships,” said Smith. “I aim to work hard and put this knowledge into helping the company grow, streamline processes and contribute to the projects that will advance IREGC’s mission and long-term growth strategy.”
