IREGC Hires Orla Allison As Human Resources Director
YORK, Pa. — March 24, 2025 — Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the appointment of Orla Allison as the company’s new director of human resources.
With over a decade of experience, Allison brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, talent acquisition and employee relations. Most recently, she served as the director of HR Americas at OpSec Security LLC. Here, Allison led HR functions across the Americas, including mergers and acquisitions, compensation, benefits and organizational design. Her proven track record in driving high-performance cultures and aligning HR strategies with business goals makes her a valuable addition to the IREGC team.
