The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies Appoints Christine Horner as Bench District Manager

YORK, Pa. — March 2, 2026 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) has appointed Christine Horner as a bench district manager. In this role, Horner will play a key leadership role overseeing 10 to 25 self-storage property managers and relief managers. She will report directly to Michael Baillargeon, IREGC’s director of operations.
“Christine’s experience and steady leadership make her well-suited for the district manager role,” said Baillargeon. “We are confident she will be a strong resource for our teams and contribute positively to our continued operations.”
Horner brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, with expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), conventional housing, rural development, Section 8, and senior and public housing.
