The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies Appoints Mark Gallo as New District Manager

YORK, Pa. — Dec. 16, 2025 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) has appointed Mark Gallo as its new District Manager for the Jersey district. Gallo will oversee operations for multiple self-storage properties, driving team performance and operational excellence. With more than three decades of leadership experience in operations, Gallo brings expertise in developing teams, growing business and enhancing client satisfaction.

Prior to joining IREGC, Gallo served as District General Manager at H&R Block in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, for 19 years, where he oversaw 30 retail offices and generated $15–$20 million in annual revenue. He has been recognized multiple times for his leadership, including four-time DGM of the Year and multiple Top 20 and Top 100 nationwide honors. Gallo also brings extensive experience in hiring and onboarding team members, analyzing sales and building lasting community relationships. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening property operations while mentoring his teams and fostering sustainable growth across the district.

Gallo will oversee 18 Moove In and iStorage properties across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware as part of the Jersey district. The district spans three states and includes suburban and small-community locations. Its wide coverage allows IREGC to serve customers across multiple regions with varying storage needs.
