Christopher Riley joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in 2018 as the CFO & COO and has since been promoted to President & COO in October 2022.
Chris brings more than 25 years of commercial and residential real estate experience in both the public and private sectors. He has served in various senior operational and financial leadership roles, acquiring extensive experience in land acquisition, development, construction, and property management throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Since joining IREGC, Chris has overseen the more than doubling of the entire company’s operations. He has played an integral role in building top-performing teams in all areas of the IREGC’s operations and support services. He simultaneously arranged financing for all acquisitions and worked closely with all investors to complete 50 asset purchases since his start.
As President & COO, Chris continues to drive the growth and profitability of IREGC. He works closely with the CEO and Board of Advisors to pursue the goals of IREGC and ensure compliance with the company’s stated mission. Chris will continue to work to create relationships with the community and industry leaders to nurture future business investments.
