Brandy Meyer

Brandy Meyer joined the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) in June 2023 as controller and was promoted to director of finance in March 2024.

Her responsibilities include securing debt for IRE acquisitions and development projects, streamlining back-office operations, and leading the accounting function for 38 stores owned by a publicly traded REIT, 19 stores owned by IRE, three store development sites, three main operating entities, and five other real estate entities.

Prior to joining the team, Ms. Meyer worked in real estate for a local developer, securing debt and interfacing with investors. She has had the pleasure of working for Heritage Hospitality; Wyndridge Farm & Brewing Company; Quality: A Kyocera Group Company; and Inch & Co. Development — all contributing to her more than 20 years of experience ranging in accounting, finance, hospitality, real estate, sales, and leadership.

Ms. Meyer was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in York with her two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit and weightlifting, supporting local restaurants by having dinner out with family and friends, watching her sons play baseball and basketball, and spending time with family and friends on the weekends.
