Investment Real Estate, LLC Hosts First Annual Vendor Appreciation Event

York, PA- December 9, 2022 – The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) hosted its first annual Vendor Appreciation Event on September 26.

The event was hosted at Bentzel’s Mill in York, PA, which is home to IREGC’s original corporate headquarters. IREGC welcomed nearly 100 vendors, including bankers, appraisers, engineers, architects, construction managers, maintenance staff, technology specialists, accountants, and attorneys.

Guests enjoyed hors-d’oeuvres, a variety of hand-rolled cigars from Casta Cigars of York, and homemade cookies from Leona’s Cafe and Bakery in Dover.

John Gilliland, CEO of IREGC, felt that it was critical that all those who contribute to the daily operations of the company, be recognized for their hard work and dedication to our success.
“This event gives us a chance to gather with our vendors outside of a Zoom call or township meeting.
